Our company was established in August 1994 as a company that employs a large number of people with severe disabilities jointly funded by Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture and Acronainen Co., Ltd. (President Koichi Katsumoto), and started its establishment in March 1996. ..
The parent company, Acronainen Co., Ltd., was established in 1963 as Wakayama Internal Combustion Engine Industry Co., Ltd., which regenerates internal combustion engines in Wakayama City. We have developed our business by manufacturing back mirror parts for automobiles. Currently, especially in the centrifugal clutch industry, we are getting more than 90% of the domestic market share, and we are manufacturing pistons by die casting using our own technology.

I (Kouichi Katsumoto) have been doing business for many years with the aim of becoming a company that contributes to the development of society, but we should also look at the environment and welfare. Therefore, we have been exploring the possibilities of environment-related businesses and considering the employment of the elderly and disabled.
As a result, in 1988, we established a post-retirement reemployment system to expand the employment of elderly people. At the same time, we improved the workplace with the aim of utilizing the skills and abundant experience that older employees have cultivated over many years. Was awarded.
From such a connection, Wakayama Prefecture talked about a company that employs a large number of people with severe disabilities, and we have started Winnac Co., Ltd. as the first third-sector company in the prefecture. Furthermore, in April 1999, we started the recycled toner business.
I would like to make Winnac Co., Ltd. a “dream factory” where people with disabilities can work together with healthy people with a strong desire to work and independence. At the same time, we hope to be a company that contributes to the construction of a healthy welfare society and the local community.
